Online team training plan suited to your ability and training log.
All team training runs (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday).
Minimum of 4 supported long runs.

Monthly talk plus articles on running topics.

TERMS: Team members have run between 3 and 5 hours for a marathon and between 35 and 60 minutes for a 10k. Before starting a Factor 9 team program, marathon runners must be able to run 10 miles. We recommend taking the Peach City Beginner Marathon Clinic if you are relatively new to running. Minimum of ten runners required per month to maintain program. One month notice required to cancel membership. No coached workouts on statutory holidays. Fees do not include race entries.
