A few days ago we sent out an email blast to our local newsletter subscribers about a new training facility for us to use this fall and winter.  For our off-season and pre-season indoor training we will be using the Okanagan Hockey School training facility.  It is a very big space containing a large amount of spin bikes and strength equipment.  It has everything we were looking for; ample parking, change rooms (with showers), spin bikes, ground floor access making it easy to bring your own bike and trainer if like, free weights, balance equipment, agility tools and stretching mats.  Here are some pictures:
