This online coaching service creates a close athlete/coach relationship. It includes ongoing communication (email, phone, skype) with your coach and ongoing adjustments to your plan. This extensive coaching, will allow our coaches to monitor your training closely and answer important questions as they arise. Thus enabling you to reach new levels of performance or ensuring that you will get to the finish line in your first triathlon. To start, we will review your history and your current level of fitness. Then we will establish your goals and create a plan based on the best of old school and new school knowledge. We will also spend more time working with you to cover the 9 factors that directly impact your performance on race day (i.e. hydration, eating, pacing and so on). Factor 9 coaches have put professionals on the podium, turned age group athletes into winners and have gotten many beginners over the finish line. Visit here to learn more about each coach. We offer three levels of coaching based on your needs. A level 3 athlete receives everything that a level 1 athlete receives except more of it. With each higher level, you pay more for more coaching. More coaching means more adjustments to your training plan, more feedback, more personal articles, more testing, more heart rate and/or power analyses and so on. Level 1 - $190 per month Level 2 - $335 per month Level 3 - $570 per month Terms: Personal Coaching is for a minimum 6 month term. Your initial payment will be the first month plus a one time set-up fee or $75. There are no taxes for US residents. Canadian residents pay GST plus applicable provincial taxes. All personal coaching fees are listed in US dollars. Canadian dollars are taken on par except for gear packages or specific gear orders. After you have signed up, a Factor 9 administrator will contact you to arrange recurring payments and to set up your training account. Training and Racing Gear Offer - When you sign up for six months of coaching, you can order a complete training and racing gear package that includes a Factor 9 visor, tri top, cycling jersey, cycling bib shorts and a cycling vest for $275 USD plus shipping and taxes.
