Spring and Summer Team Memberships
(March 29th to September 5th)


1.  Penticton Team Personal Coaching ($190/month* plus $75 start-up fee)

  • All of our team sessions PLUS personal coaching (see schedule below).
  • Start up interview, planning and discussion.
  • Personal training plan set up by your chosen coach.
  • Direct email or phone communication with your coach.
  • Personal race plans and race reviews.
  • Personal field testing and training zone set-up.
  • Full access to all of our training and racing materials (articles, forms, etc.).
  • Access to our team forum to share stories, take part in discussions and to ask questions.
  • Online training log to enhance communication between you and your coach.
  • Minimal fees for our training camps, Half Iron race simulation in Oliver and our Ironman training weekend.

For a full team membership and personal coaching, select subscription #1, #2 or #3 here.  Level 2 gives you more personal coaching hours that will allow for more detailed communication and more analysis of sessions and races.  Level 3 is our premium coaching service that gives you coaching at a level professional athletes recieve.


2. Full Membership ($99/month*)

  • Enjoy all or some of our weekly team sessions each and every week (see schedule below).
  • Coaching during all workouts (up to 6 hours each week).
  • Team training plan.
  • Access to our team forum to share stories, take part in discussions and to ask additional questions.
  • Join for as long as you like.

3. Basic Membership ($49/month*)

  • Up to three of our team workouts per week (see schedule below).
  • Professional coaching in all of these workouts.
  • Join for as long as you like.

Team Schedule for all Team Memberships

We try to remain consistent throughout the year with days and times, however, the weekly schedule may have to be adjusted based on attendance, weather and daylight available.  For our current schedule, please see our team training calendar.

Tentative Spring Schedule (March 29 to June 3, 2010)

  • Monday: 6pm - Team and clinic lecture (equipment, training, racing, nutrition topics, 60mins).
  • Tuesday: 5:45pm - Team ride (60 to 120min).
  • Thursday: 5:30/6:00pm - Team run and strength/core session (60 to 90min).
  • Sunday: 8am - Team long run (varies).

Tentative Summer Schedule (June 8 to September 5, 2010)

  • Tuesday: 6am - Skaha beach swim training (60min)
  • Tuesday: 5:45pm - Team ride (intervals, hills, drills for 60-90 min)
  • Thursday: 6am - Skaha beach drill and endurance swimming (60min).
  • Thursday: 5:45pm - Team run (intervals, hill repeats, drills for 60-90min).
  • Friday: 6am - Okanagan beach long swim (60-90min).

*Team Membership Terms: HST (12%) is added to the fees above.  There are typically no team workouts on holidays and major race weekends.  Minimum of 10 people required to maintain team workout schedule.  One month notice required to cancel payments.  If you are joining the team mid-season you will be required to complete a one hour bike training safety session with one of our coaches before joining our team rides.  This costs an additional $25 (note, this is a heavily discounted rate to encourage new riders to join our program yet improve their safety and safety of current team members)
